Laszlo Cser

Founder & CEO, Vantaris Consulting

Laszlo brings 27 years of HR and leadership development expertise, including 22 years in senior corporate HR roles across multinational organizations. He has built organizations, Leadership teams, HR functions. He has managed rapid operational scaling as well as reduction and re-orientation.

His approach to leadership development emerged from a unique combination: classical music training at Royal Holloway, University of London; graduate studies in HR Management & Development at University of Manchester; and decades of applied experience transforming leaders and organizations.

Laszlo guides leaders through transformation via The Alchemy of Leadership, available as both a cohort program (6 months, mid-to-senior leaders) and an executive program (9 months, private coaching for C-suite).

Laszlo holds senior professional certifications from HRCI (USA), SHRM (USA) and CMI (UK), and is an experienced Leadership Coach.
